- In 2002, Earth Friendly Chemicals obtained the exclusive distribution rights for seven American Ice Ban® patents. In less than two years, EFC became the industry leader in environmentally friendly products.
- In 2005, Earth Friendly Chemicals was granted 10 more patents and is now the industry leader throughout North America.
- In 2006, at the request of many well-respected members of the Portable Sanitation Industry, Earth Friendly Chemicals decided to develop a premium line of products utilizing green chemistry. In just over a year, EFC has taken the industry by storm, introducing three liquid deodorizers: NaturFresh® 100, 200 and eXtreme; two portion-control deodorizers, NaturFresh SuperCharge® and NaturFresh QuikCharge®; and an award- winning graffiti remover/general purpose cleaner, Allgone®.
- In 2008, Earth Friendly Chemicals will introduce Enviro Mint® -- the safest “non-para” urinal block in the industry that’s now approved for use in all 50 states.
- In 2008, Earth Friendly Chemicals will also introduce QuikCharge® SDC, the safest and most effective Type IV disinfectant, fungicidal and virucidal spray available today. QuikCharge® SDC is proven to kill bacteria, including MRSA, plus fungus and viruses with a 24-hour residual effect.
