Title: Customer Service Representative

Reports to: Customer Service Manager

Location: Virginia Beach, VA (Corporate Office)

Tasks & Accountabilities:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) of Earth Friendly Chemicals, Inc. (EFC) provides essential communication between our office and customers. The primary job objective is to develop and maintain strong customer relations ensuring that customer needs are anticipated and to provide EFC with the necessary information to ensure the highest levels of service, profitability and efficiency. As an integral part of our sales team, one must be able to positively interact with the sales department. The position requires significant attention to detail and follow-through while providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications & Skills:
This proactive problem solver must be an excellent verbal and written communicator with superior telephone and listening skills. Ability to remain detailed and highly organized in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment is key. A positive, energetic attitude with a customer focus is important for success. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel and Word, as well as strong analytical and data entry skills, is required.

Position requires sitting for prolonged periods of time, while working at a PC and on the telephone throughout the day.

Position requires a minimum of Associate’s Degree or 2 years’ customer service experience. EFC requires the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and a background check.
